Precautions
The motor, ring blower, electric fan, ventilator, high pressure turbo of KIJEONSA Co., Ltd. are widely used in the industrial field. The features for each equipment and precaution of use are summarized, and for the ring blower, a separate description is enclosed.
○ The nameplate and the lead wire of a product are attached in the left side when seeing from the shaft, unless otherwise specified.
○ The product can continue to operate without trouble in 10% variation of the voltage and 5% variation of the frequency specified in the name plate.
(It is desirable to use the specified rated voltage and frequency as far as possible considering the lifecycle of equipment.)
○ A grounding terminal is installed near the wiring of equipment and signs of safety and danger are attached.
○ When the capacity of a motor used for the device is more than 5.5kW, you can use the device more safely by using Y-△ start switch(where terminal voltage, starting torque, starting current indicate the percentage upon direct starting.

○ Please be noted that Y-△ starting switch is used when the starting load of a motor is 100%, it may not start due to a sudden decrease of starting torque.
○ Please use the equipment in –10˚C~+40˚C room temperature.
○ Please avoid to use in a place where has explosive gas or flammable materials or the dust or moistness.
○ When you use the equipment, be careful not to shorten the lifecycle of equipment due to overload operation, incomplete connection with the driven body, etc.
○ Please check the specifications of the equipment correctly and if necessary, use correct product suitable for the use from purchasing with technical cooperation.
○ When purchasing the equipment, please use proper protection type selected in accordance with the following.
1) In the room under general environment: spinning protection type and closed type
2) In the room where foreign substances entered are concerned: splash-proof type or closed type
3) Place where the risk of explosion exists: safety explosion-proof type or pressure-proof explosion-proof type
4) In the outside: sealed water-proof type(IP54)
5) When the environment to use is closed or ambient temperature is high, use the equipment using Class F insulation motor.
○ If you want to use a closed type in the outdoor, be sure to attach a water-proof cover.
○ Be sure to the equipment grounded.
○ Make sure to use the voltage and the frequency as specified in the nameplate.
○ If the combined voltage devices are used, make sure that the wiring in the diagram and the operating voltage match.
○ Do not allow moisture to penetrate in the terminal box for the device, and be sure to tighten the wiring connection bolts to prevent from the short or disconnection that may occur.
